Market Holdings Apartments is a prime domestic and retail unit situated in the heart of Nuneaton. Converted from an old sawmill, the building still retains aspects of its heritage with the original oak beams taking pride of place throughout the ceiling areas. A key building in the pedestrianised trading area of busy Nuneaton, with domestic space on the upper floors and retail units on the ground floor, wineo were chosen to replace the flooring to enhance the ambience and functionality of the domestic areas.

wineo supplied over 500 m² of wineo 400 and the new click version wineo 600 rigid in both wood and stone effect, which has been installed throughout the corridors, bathrooms and living areas of the property. The wide variety of designs enabled the client to differentiate between rooms but keeping to a uniform look and feel throughout. Contemporary and design-led, both products offer elegant style, boasting functionality and durability.

EFFORTLESS INSTALLATION

wineo 600 is a rigid LVT product which is perfect for undulating floors, where other flooring products would prove difficult to install. Renowned for its ease of installation, thanks to its simple click system, wineo 400 and 600 were installed quickly and easily by the owners themselves. The effortless installation creates no noise or dirt, and the floors could be walked on immediately. With low installation heights of just 4.5 mm and an extremely stable click connection, wineo provided a highly stylish floor which is quiet, warm underfoot and provides high levels of walking comfort which is easy on the joints.
